Oh man ! Robert save me this morning ! It’s 6:30 in the morning and I didn’t have a phone got to the apartment and the key wouldn’t open the door no where to go so .. I walk over to he’s apartment and told him what had happened, I’m less then 8 minutes he gets to my door and busted the lock and replace it with a new one, he didn’t had to do anything! He is a good neighbor and the one of the best maintenance guy at the Terra Vista Apartments , thank you so much for Robert for your help today , thank you cause it’s people like you who makes a difference in the world !
Great place to live. Been here almost four years. Friendly office staff. Maintenance team is great. Matt from maintenance has always been so professional in getting any and every issue fixed right away. We enjoy to call this place home.
End of Summer BBQ tonight (9/26/2023) from 5 to 7. Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers or Veggie Burgers w/fries and soda. Games and music too. Very good. Thank you to our great management team .

The maintenance team on the other hand... what can i say besides AMAZING. That is A true team. They all work together amazingly.
I had 2 maintenance techs(Danny and Matt) tag teaming A task in my unit while i had my littlest one sleeping.
You would not even known they were inside the unit. Very caring group of people with an amazing amount of knowledge and love for their jobs. I've lived here for almost 2 years now and will continue living here loving it.
The management team knows that they are doing and are super helpful.
Love it when the finish A work order and they wipe down everything as if they were never there.
When I first started looking for a place to live the staff at this location made me feel really comfortable. I had just separated and had two little kids when I moved in. The staff was amazing with us. I have and will always recommend this community to my friends and family. Lived here for about 8 years and they have not given me any reason for me to move. Any time I have called for maintenance they have always shown up if not the same day it would be the following day, no later. Thank you so much for giving me a great place to raise my kids.
Edward was so helpful and he remembered to come back and get some stove burner covers for me. Really appreciate his help during my move in
